A Thick and glossy base scented Strawberries and crème topped with a scoop of whipped crème, a dash of glitter, sprinkles, cup charm and planar charm. (Cup charm color will vary). Each order to receive a care sheet card with borax activator. Please read care sheet card on how to prepare activator.
